Our first online zoom meeting for the year proved to be a great success. With over 100 photos submiited between the various categories our guest judge for the night, Johan Roux, had his hands full, but didn’t disappoint with his feedback and scoring.

A club outing to go and watch and photograph a mounted archery event initially planned for the 25th Feb was unfortunately postponed till the 25th March. Brian Shaw will keep all members updated about that closer to the time. This should prove to be a great outing with some fantastic photo opportunities

The club log still remains a tightly contested affair, with Ettienne van Niekerk retaking the lead after the latest club nights results.

Due to a scheduling conflict the in person meeting scheduled for the 8th March needs to be moved out by a week till the 15th March.

The birdlife SA organization also launched a new photo competition, opening for entries on 1 March. With some great prizes on offer this could be a good opportunity for our birding enthusiast members to show off their skills.
